– With selected candidates, we support you on every step of the communication process and provide necessary guidance if required.
– We provide the first pool of potential candidates within 5 days after you confirm the job requirements.
– You pay us only after the candidate starts your organization’s probation period.
– We guarantee to provide you with another candidate if the previous one did not complete the probation period.
